I bought Mind the Booth on my phone. How do I get it on a new phone?
Sign in, open the Menu, tap Your plan, then Restore purchases. It finds anything this Apple ID bought.
How do I cancel the website?
If you added it on mindthebooth.com, go to your profile, then Subscription, and manage it there. If you added it in the iPhone app, cancel it in your App Store subscriptions (Settings, your name, Subscriptions). Your website stays up until the end of the month you paid for.
Does the register work without signal?
Yes. In the phone app, sales are kept on the phone and sent up the next time it connects. Open the app once with signal before the market so your products and prices are on it.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Your profile has a Download My Data section that builds a ZIP of your products, ingredients, recipes, batches, sales, customers, transactions and tasks.
How do I delete my account?
In the phone app: Menu, Sync & account, Delete account. On the website: your profile, at the bottom. It asks once more before deleting anything.
