Made by a maker who writes code
Mind the Booth is for people who make things and sell them — at markets and craft fairs, in shops around town, and online. It keeps your stock, recipes, sales and books in one place, so the business side stops eating your evenings.

Maker of Mind the Booth · 20+ years in e-commerce and software
Our family runs The Hudstead in Great Falls, South Carolina. We make things and sell them the way most small makers do: a table at the market on Saturday, a shelf in a shop in town, orders from people who found us online, and a lot of cash in a zip bag at the end of the day.
The making was never the hard part. Keeping track was. What sold at which market. How much is left at the shop. What a batch really cost once the oils went up. Which receipts were for the business. Every tool we tried was either built for a big store with a back office, or a spreadsheet that fell behind by the second weekend.
So I built the tool we needed, and then made it for everyone who sells at a booth.
Before the booth there were twenty years building online stores and the systems behind them — payments, stock, shipping, the parts where a mistake costs real money. That shapes how Mind the Booth works:
Three questions to set up. Big buttons. If something takes a manual to understand, it isn't done.
The phone app rings up sales with no signal and sends them when it finds one. Fairgrounds Wi-Fi is not a plan.
Stock, costs and sales tax have to add up every time. Being correct comes before being clever.
$29.99 and it's yours. No tiers to climb, no monthly bill for the basics. Your records are yours to export any time.
Soap makers, candle makers, bakers, jam and jerky makers, potters, woodworkers, artists — anyone whose week ends at a booth. If you:
- sell at markets and craft fairs,
- keep stock in a shop or two on consignment or wholesale,
- make things in batches and want to know what each one costs,
- and would rather not do your books in a shoebox in April,
then it was made for you. See what it costs, try the free soap calculator, or start free.
