Craft Fair & Farmers Market Tracker

From "should I apply?" to "was it worth it?" — every market in one place.

Applications and deadlines

Keep each market from researching to applied, waitlisted, accepted, confirmed or turned down. Put in the application deadline and you get an "apply by" reminder. Booth number, arrival time, power and water, the organizer's contact, the booth fee and whether it's paid, and where you're staying all live with the event. Weekly and monthly markets repeat by themselves.

A packing list for each market

Mind the Booth forecasts each market from your recent weekly sales and splits it across your products by what's been selling, so you get a count to pack for each product and see where you're short. It's emailed to you four days before every booked market.

Was it worth it?

After the market, the actual sales come from the register sales at that market's location during its dates, or you can type the total in. Booth fee and lodging come off, so you see what each market really made — and which ones to apply to again.

On your calendar and your website

Booked markets show on the calendar in the app and on a private calendar feed for Google or Apple Calendar, and they appear on your website under where to find you. A season announcement for Facebook can be written for you.

Getting there and staying over

Each market keeps its address, the organizer's website and contact, and any files they sent you. For an overnight show, put in the hotel, the confirmation number, check-in and check-out and what it cost; the lodging comes off that market's results.
